I have been trying to get her set up on Zoom. Due to the laptop being set up with operating system Microsoft Windows 10 in S mode we need to use our browser Microsoft edge but we are getting told that we edge can not support it and we should upgrade edge which we did successfuly — no success with connecting via Zoom or load another browser.

Trying to load another browser but it is being blocked. Have you got solutions to help us get round this problem? We would not have bought this laptop with Microsoft Office alreday installed had we known that the specific site that we want to use, cannot be visited with it.
